غيّرت جوالي، كيف أرجّع خطتي؟

لو كنت مسجّل دخول، سجّل بنفس الإيميل في الجوال الجديد من الإعدادات ← حسابك، وتنزل خطتك. لو ما كنت مسجّل، الخطة كانت على الجوال القديم بس.

كيف أخفي المبالغ؟

اضغط زر العين فوق في الشاشة الرئيسية، وكل المبالغ تختفي لين تضغطه مرة ثانية.

كيف أقفل التطبيق؟

من الإعدادات شغّل «قفل التطبيق»، ويطلب بصمة الوجه أو رمز الجوال كل ما فتحت سهيل.

كيف أحذف حسابي؟

من الإعدادات ← حسابك ← احذف حسابي. ينحذف الحساب ونسخته نهائيًا، والخطة اللي على جوالك تبقى.

I changed phones. How do I get my plan back?

If you were signed in, sign in with the same email on the new phone from Settings → Your account, and your plan comes down. If you weren’t signed in, the plan was only on the old phone.

How do I hide the amounts?

Tap the eye button at the top of the home screen, and every amount is hidden until you tap it again.

How do I lock the app?

Turn on “App lock” in Settings, and it asks for Face ID or your passcode each time you open Suhail.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Your account → Delete my account. The account and its copy are deleted for good; the plan on your phone stays.
