وش هو سهيل
سهيل أداة ترتيب وحساب تساعدك تشوف ديونك وخطتك بوضوح. سهيل مو نصيحة مالية، والقرار في الأخير لك.
وسهيل ما يحرك فلوس: ما يقرضك، ولا يدفع عنك، ولا يحوّل، ولا يربط حسابك البنكي. أي سداد تسويه انت بنفسك مع البنك أو الجهة.
لازم يكون عمرك 18 سنة وفوق عشان تستخدم سهيل.
الأرقام
الخطط والتواريخ تقديرية، ومحسوبة من الأرقام اللي تكتبها انت. لو الأرقام ناقصة أو تغيّرت، تتغيّر النتيجة. ارجع للبنك أو الجهة اللي عليك لها دين في المبالغ الرسمية.
أسعار الذهب والفضة تقريبية من سعر السوق، وما تشمل المصنعية ولا هامش المحل.
حسابك
الحساب اختياري. لو سجّلت، حافظ على إيميلك لأن رمز الدخول يوصله. وتقدر تحذف حسابك من الإعدادات متى ما بغيت.
الاشتراكات
الطريق للفكّة مجاني. ولو اشتركت في سهيل+، الدفع والتجديد والاسترجاع كلها عن طريق Apple. الاشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا لين تلغيه، وتقدر تلغيه متى ما بغيت من إعدادات Apple ID في جوالك.
الاستخدام
استخدم سهيل لنفسك وبطريقة نظامية. لا تحاول تخترقه أو تعطّله أو توصل لبيانات غيرك.
لو أحد أساء استخدام سهيل أو خالف هالشروط، نقدر نوقف حسابه.
الملكية
اسم سهيل وشعاره وتصميمه ونصوصه ملك لسهيل. لا تنسخها أو تستخدمها بدون إذن. وأرقامك اللي تكتبها تبقى لك.
التطبيق نفسه
نطوّر سهيل باستمرار، وممكن نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نشيلها. نسوي اللي نقدر عليه عشان يشتغل صح، بس نقدمه مثل ما هو، وما نضمن إنه يخلو من الأخطاء.
حدود المسؤولية
سهيل يحسب من الأرقام اللي تكتبها، والقرار المالي قرارك. فما نتحمل أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن قرار بنيته على أرقام سهيل، أو عن خطأ في الأرقام، أو عن توقف التطبيق، بالقدر اللي يسمح فيه النظام.
النظام
تخضع هالشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. ولو صار اختلاف بين النسخة العربية والإنجليزية، النسخة العربية هي المعتمدة.

What Suhail is
Suhail is a tool to organise and calculate, so you see your debts and your plan clearly. Suhail is not financial advice. The decision is always yours.
Suhail doesn’t move money: it doesn’t lend to you, pay for you, transfer money, or link to your bank account. Any payment you make, you make yourself with your bank or lender.
You must be 18 or over to use Suhail.
The numbers
Plans and dates are estimates, worked out from the numbers you enter. If they are incomplete or change, the result changes. Check official amounts with your bank or whoever you owe.
Gold and silver prices are approximate market prices and don’t include making charges or a shop’s margin.
Your account
An account is optional. If you sign in, keep your email safe, because your sign-in code goes there. You can delete your account from Settings at any time.
Subscriptions
The road to debt-free is free. If you subscribe to Suhail+, payment, renewal and refunds are all handled by Apple. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel any time from your Apple ID settings on your phone.
Use
Use Suhail for yourself and lawfully. Don’t try to break into it, disrupt it, or reach other people’s data.
If someone misuses Suhail or breaks these terms, we may suspend their account.
Ownership
Suhail’s name, logo, design and texts belong to Suhail. Don’t copy or use them without permission. The numbers you enter stay yours.
The app itself
We keep improving Suhail and may add, change or remove features. We do our best to keep it working right, but we provide it as it is and can’t promise it is free of errors.
Limit of liability
Suhail calculates from the numbers you enter, and financial decisions are yours. So, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm from a decision based on Suhail’s numbers, from an error in the numbers, or from the app being unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
